way to come to the party a year late.  ~a hey what the hell, I just saw this.  I'm not mean, your face is mean. - pierce pierce sucks because he is mean.  ~a i'm not mean anymore.  ~a :(  ~a everyone's at least a little mean i'm mean?  ~a people suck because they are mean anon:  who sucks?  and why?  ~a people suck GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR meow amy: i do too, but the thunder and lightening make my cat hide under the bed.  O.o  -  aba i love this summer rain -amy I find other words to make it clear that I'm not "fine," but in a way where I don't share too much information to someone just looking for smalltalk.  "Can't complain" "Fair-to-middlin'" "Not too bad" "Could be worse" "Life is a meaningless cesspool of inconsequence, wouldn't you agree?" - pierce ... but still socially acceptable and not getting into the gory details of why i'm not just "fine"? -amy sam: a lot of the time i won't. if it's someone I don't know that well, i might say: "hanging in there" or something that's more true than "i'm fine." -amy sam: depends on the person.  if it's someone i don't know well, then yes.  if it's someone i feel comfortable talking to, then i will be honest.  - aba sam:  yes.  ~a sam: I'm never having a good day, so yes. :-P -- Xpovos when people ask you "how are you,"  and you are not having a good day, do you guys still say, "I'm fine"?  -sam Xpovos: that IS stressful .( good luck with that. i'm stressed 'cause my vacation starts tomorrow and there's a million things to do. also because i have a bunch of new students today and new students are always a little stressful. -amy I feel stressed out too.  I have to train someone to replace me while I'm on vacation.  The vacation starts in a week.  The person isn't here yet. -- Xpovos heh. yesterday when i was mad, i said so on the mboard! i'm not mad anymore. i talked to the necessary person and got things resolved.
